PRIVACY

Your privacy.

Your messages

This conversation uses OpenAI to help shape your idea. Describe your work without passwords, confidential documents or sensitive personal details.

Arial stores the conversation in Cloudflare while your session is active; it expires after 30 minutes without activity. Provider retention is separate. Replies can be mistaken.

If you request follow-up and provide your name and email, your enquiry and conversation are saved in our private inbox for 90 days. Company, role and project details are optional for contact. We send an automatic acknowledgement and Luca follows up by email.

Booking a conversation

When you confirm an appointment, Arial sends your name, email address, chosen time, timezone and language to Cal.com to arrange the meeting and its calendar invitation. An opaque reference lets us check the result if a response is interrupted. Your project brief and chat messages are not sent to Cal.com.

Arial stores your booking details, the provider confirmation and a snapshot of the project context you have shared in Cloudflare. If you also submit an enquiry in the same conversation, we link the two. Booking does not subscribe you to marketing or request separate email follow-up.

Unsent booking reviews expire after ten minutes. Sent booking records are kept until the later of 30 days after creation or seven days after the appointment. Closing or resetting the chat does not cancel an appointment. Cal.com and your calendar provider have their own retention policies. Cal.com privacy information.

Essential tab-scoped session storage, arial-booking-operation-v1, keeps an opaque recovery reference and access token, time, timezone and status so a reload can recover the result. It contains no name, email or chat text, and is separate from optional analytics.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, Arial Studio uses PostHog Cloud EU to understand visits and improve this website and its enquiry flow. Refusing analytics leaves the website and project conversation available. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through Analytics preferences in the footer.

We measure pages viewed, useful clicks, CTA visibility, scroll depth, active viewing time and enquiry milestones. The accompanying information is limited to page and language, device category, country and broad traffic source or an approved campaign. Names, email addresses, messages, arbitrary URL parameters and full referrer addresses are excluded. Session recordings, automatic capture of page content and advertising profiles are disabled. IP addresses are not sent to PostHog; Cloudflare supplies the country category.

Your choice is stored in the first-party cookie __Host-arial_analytics_consent for six months. This cookie contains only the choice and notice version, not an analytics identifier. Only after acceptance, the HttpOnly cookie __Host-arial_analytics_session and a server-side session link measurements for up to two hours. Session storage arial-analytics-live:<session> remembers the broad source, device category and approved campaign for that session. Withdrawal clears the analytics session and this storage, and stops further collection; it does not erase previously collected events.

Analytics events are processed by PostHog in the EU and retained for up to one year. Session identifiers are pseudonymous, not names or proof of a distinct person. Necessary enquiry processing and operational counts of saved enquiries are separate from this optional analytics choice. PostHog privacy information.
